Declaration One — The Torah Still Stands: Lo Ta'aneh — you shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. Shemot 20:16 was not abolished. The Ninth Commandment governs every courtroom, every congregation, every comment section, and every whisper campaign. False testimony is a covenant violation — engraved in stone by the finger of Yahuah Himself on Mount Sinai.

Declaration Two — Yahuah Did Not Send Every Voice: Lo Shalachti — I did not send them. Not every prophet carrying your name was sent by Yahuah. Not every vision declared over your life came from His throne room. Not every "Thus says Yahuah" was spoken by someone Yahuah charged to speak. Volume III names the false prophetic voice — and declares the three words that dismantle every unauthorized ministry: Lo Shalachti.
